Ordered 3 paris of Vaulta in ceiling speakers at the beginning of January in addtion to over $10k in Amps and processor. After ordering I received an email that they were oversold on the Vaulta speakers and would not be available until March. I asked for a discount for waiting the extra months and they refused. Looks like I should have read some of the real buyers reviews before the purchasing things from them. Customer support is terrible and looks like quality of the products (even if it's relatively good) is questionable. I never was so happy to get their speakers and listen them in the beginning. But after finding very general defects and lack of testing and contacting support made me think very bad of this company. Unfortunately ;(
@danlaufman We would like to bring to your attention the lack of service or basic courtesy for our Emotiva PA 3 We sent a couple of emails to your service team in India. And no response whatsoever. Recommendedjust purchased a TA-100 and using it as a preamp, verry impressive.
Sent me a defective BasX A-100 Stereo Flex Amplifier, it's been over 3 days and no return label or RMA. Custoemr service is terrible and service in general from Emotiva Audio is downright unacceptable. Buyers beware! 👎👎👎
Amazing brand with amazing products. I've bought two pairs of their speakers, 1 of their subwoofers, and 3 of their amplifiers. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!
