So after spending more than 10 minutes on the phone with the scheduling staff providing personal information and verifying my insurance coverage, I was told this office was not currently accepting new patients. Would have been nice to figure that part out first before they wasted my time.

want to choose zero for the hospital experience if I can. But 0 is not option It is horrible, horrible, horrible experience. No one care patients except few nurses are nice. All the hospital care is to give you as many unnecessary, repeat lab tests and exams as they can to make money and rip you off. No communication on the patient condition. don't know where to go. No consistent treatments on patient. If you see five star reviews, 99% chance the hospital hire people to write the reviews. We were in hospital more than a we... read more

If 0 stars was possible I would give 0. The day before my appointment I received a call and was told the doctor doesn’t come in on that day of the week. 2 weeks later I go in for my appointment and includes in my paper work was the private health information of another patient. It had her name dob and a list of her medications. When I got back to the office they were missing one of the forms I had just filled out. After seeing the doctor I had to wait 15 mins for a fire drill before I could get my blood work done. A month af... read more

Total Mayhem! I complained about illegal medical activities of a Chief Surgery Resident (3rd year) who botched my surgery. I was released from the Emory Healthcare during my cancer treatment because they don't want the public to know what is really going on! Their attorney deleted and falsified my medical records before handing them to me after two months. I am very disappointed about their management and how they treat people. I don't understand how they get such a good grade as a medical facility! Stay away!!

There can not be a worst hospital in all of America than Emory Hospital. There is no level of concern for the patients. What matters most to Emory is to continue to gobble up all the hospitals in the State of Georgia. All about money and to hell with care and attention to the patients. If you are looking for a hospital where you don't care about attention to your medical conditions large or small, check your self into Emory. Have had to wait flat on my back all day waiting to be transferred out of here. I am not a yeller o... read more

This post is ONLY for the Emory Midtown Radiology Clinic... The Procedure went fine but NO ONE told my husband or I that we “were responsible” for the upfront $400 bill when we got here after a 3.5 hour drive!!! When I asked “Well who was RESPONSIBLE for telling us that we would have to pay that up front?” they had no good response. AND they won’t bill you for it!! “Every Emory clinic does their billing differently” is what I was told!!! You HAVE to pay before the procedure!!! We have Federal BCBS premium insurance an... read more

Obviously my review keeps getting taken down. Do not use Dr Kudchakar for oncology. She sent me home and said I had great scans come back in 6 months.. she never looked at my scans if she had of she would’ve noticed lesions to lungs abdomen and bladder. So I didn’t find out until august that I had metastasized and I found out by comparing radiology notes myself!! Tumors multiplied and grew in size causing kidney failure nine days in hospital and worsening conditions

Poor, superficial and inaccurate treatment given by doctors and PAs at Emory Healthcare while posting exorbitant and questionable payments to patients. Atlanta has better healthcare facilities. Avoid!
