This hospital is still using COVID protocols in June 2023. Only 2 visitors allowed in the waiting room during neuro surgery??? They called security on us for having 3 people in the waiting room while my MIL was having spinal surgery!! It is unacceptable to treat people this way.

Never come here worst gen care ever eso 8th floor east. Nurses lackadaisical,incompotent gen jus dont care. Had stent placement on mon29 may Tranferred to 8th floor almost died starved as well as frooze. Room temp 50degrees/with a sheet and a skimsy well used blanket. GRADY MEMORIAL for me if i ever need urgent care. Emory clifton springs THRASH. you wann live go elsewher you will dam near die here! NEVER AGAIN WONT RECCOMMEND NOONE HERE. If i could givea zero or neg it would be -10

The Physical therapist are the best, but the finance people associated with it are AWFUL. They are unprofessional, rude and racist. I called them regarding the surprise bills I received, she said "I can't help you, just because you were not informed beforehand how much you will be charged. This is not our responsibility to know your benefits. Before the visit you should know it". She was speaking in a very disrespectful manner and was unwilling to help. My Goddaughter was taken by ambulance at 11:30 and is still in the waiting room at 7:42 am. Severe dehydration from all day vomiting. Ridiculous

Shabee— receptionist is the rudest and most unkind person who can make coming to this clinic very difficult. Will be filing a formal complaint against her

i waited 14 hours to get through to the second stage - i was sick when i went but then sat on a chair with no food or sleep - at that point i was in terrible shape - do not go to this emergency room ever

I was in this hospital for under 15 minutes before I became infuriated and left. First, the woman at the front desk asked me my health issues and I told her. While I’m filling out my paperwork, she goes “now what’s wrong with you again? I’m sorry I forgot.” First red flag. Clearly no cares given. Secondly, Linda, the red headed, OLD, ER nurse had by far the worst attitude and initial approach. Do not take your loved ones to this hospital. The nurses are the only good thing here but they are overworked and have too many patients to give proper care. Doctors have no concern for patient and do not listen to family or nurses. Beware!
