I was told by my Urologist I needed a CT scan Urogram so I called and scheduled it but a week later the Dr. sent a message saying I no longer needed the scan. However when I scheduled it I was pressured into paying my deductible up front so I did. It was over 1,300 dollars but when my doctor cancelled it I called to ask for a refund. I was told it needed to be sent to a supervisor I then waited 3 weeks because I still didn’t see a refund. I was then told it could take as long as 3 months!!!! I had a very positive experience with my port placement in May. The team taking care of me consisted of Abby, IR tech, Howard, RN and Kang, physician assistant who performed the surgery. I was anxious leading up to the procedure but the team made me feel at ease. They were friendly and informative throughout the entire process. Major Kudos to Nurses Brittney & Erica in Interventional Radiology. They did not miss a beat to assist with a mutual patient. You two are an exceptional reminder that there is still Compassion, Ownership/Accountability & Empathy.You acknowledged the patient needed a quick fix & addressed it so she could go home stress free! i went in for a HSG havent had my results back in over 3months. my obgyn hasnt even been able to hear from them either!!!!!!!!! forcing me to get another one this place is a disgrace!!!!!!!!!

I can’t believe that I have to take these treatments in order to address my issue of the big C. I’m really nervous and full of anxiety. I should’ve taken something for my anxiety before I arrived.
