I genuinely don't understand how they haven't been sued yet. I have no complaints about the medical staff or sleep test itself, but once you leave that initial appointment? Good luck. Phone lines are a dead end. Online scheduling is a dead end. My test was in March, and I wasn't able to see the doctor to review it until July after an embarrassing amount of voicemails and messages begging to be scheduled. I was told during the follow-up that I would be getting a referral for a CPAP only to spend the next three months reaching... read more
I'm out of supplies and Medicare says the center has not provided the necessary follow up notes- so of course they refuse to pay for any supplies ...I have tried to reach them by phone, text and My Chart numerous times with no luck! What is going on??? .. It looks like they have vanished ...
Dr Nichols was great and I had no issue with him, but every other facet of the Emory sleep center operates so poorly that I can’t give a good review. Their phone system does not work so you will not be able to contact them once for follow ups. This meant I missed the 30 day window where it’s free to exchange a sleep mask and had to pay for a new mask.
