The care I've received there is terrific and what they know about sleep medicine is second to none. Concerning the office, they have really turned things around. The problems I had with administration (like getting my RX to my DME) in the past appear to be being addressed.

I had a poor experience here in 2024. After dealing with insomnia for years, I finally had a sleep study done. The results were inconclusive, and the doctor, Dr. Shah, very rudely told me there was nothing they could do or prescribe. Then, a year later, I got an unexpected $8000 bill for the experience; the service was supposed to be covered by insurance, but they never ran it. Would not recommend.
I genuinely don't understand how they haven't been sued yet. I have no complaints about the medical staff or sleep test itself, but once you leave that initial appointment? Good luck. Phone lines are a dead end. Online scheduling is a dead end. My test was in March, and I wasn't able to see the doctor to review it until July after an embarrassing amount of voicemails and messages begging to be scheduled.
