Dr Nichols was great and I had no issue with him, but every other facet of the Emory sleep center operates so poorly that I can’t give a good review. Their phone system does not work so you will not be able to contact them once for follow ups. This meant I missed the 30 day window where it’s free to exchange a sleep mask and had to pay for a new mask. I saw Dr. Kirkwood for my sleep study evaluation and he was the best! He was very knowledgeable, and patient when answering my questions. Thank you Dr. Kirkwood for your exceptional service! Also, shout out to Vagula, wow, you are amazing! Thanks again to this center, you guys rock!
The treatment providers and treatment received are great. However, the folks that do the supply ordering/reordering are not so good. It took multiple weeks after I placed my resupply order for the items to actually ship, and for the second resupply in a row they sent the incorrect size/type item despite making a special note last time they sent this incorrect item. I wish the resupply time could get on the level of the treatment team.
Getting CPAP supplies is a pain in the ass. When you call the number listed on your machine, you just get an answering service. There is no way to contact the provider directly. You leave a message and they never get back to you. The supplies you’re supposed to receive never show up and when you call to complain they just give you the answering service again. Several months now without CPAP supplies because they can’t get out of the way of their own bureaucracy. Total fail.
My Experience with my sleep study was great! The Staff was great! If I could give them a grade it would be A+!
