Dr. Kawwass is an exceptional and compassionate physician. Our infertility journey was long and incredibly challenging, but she guided us with empathy every step of the way. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Toner and his nurse, Laura. I found them to both be highly intelligent, compassionate and willing to answer all the questions I had throughout the process. They also educated me and guided me in making good treatment decisions to increase my chances at a successful pregnancy. Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to see a Doctor at this clinic due to the inefficiency and frankly, negligence of the Emory hospital system. When a patient makes an appointment they are only allowed to speak to a scheduler, not someone at the physical clinic. In addition, they don’t actually run your insurance to confirm it is accepted until the day before your appointment, despite a scheduler assuring you your insurance is covered.
