I went through three doctors here, and the care and cleanliness were unacceptable. I thought since it’s Emory, Id have a good experience. The exam rooms are filthy. They have dried stains on the walls and cabinets, smeared residue (some looked like dried blood dripping down the cabinet, some looked like they tried to disinfect but didn’t do it properly and just wiped oil and dirt around), and even a blanket with stains and a pube on it that they gave me to cover up with. Best Fertility Clinic in Atlanta. Dr. Cromack, Dr. Hipp, and Dr. Spencer assisted with my diagnostic treatment, egg retrieval, and transfer. They went above and beyond to take care of me. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I was being treated at a research hospital. Skip the private practice clinics and go straight to Emory! You will save money and receive an individualized treatment plan based off of the most current research in the field. My care team was amazing and very responsive through MyChart portal and I never wa... read more

A different nurse or physician was present across the medical visits, so it felt impersonal. Attempting to schedule a third round, in two months, it was impossible to get Emory's financial representative on the phone and I never got a straight answer regarding cost. I just received a letter indicating that the egg storage fee has more than doubled to ... read more

After a long fertility journey, I am incredibly grateful for the care I received from the entire team at Emory Reproductive Center. I came to Emory after learning I had endometriosis and ultimately underwent surgery and two rounds of IVF. Throughout every stage of the process, Dr. Kawwass and her team provided exceptional care, guidance, and support. Fertility treatment can be emotionally and physically challenging, but I always felt like I was in capable and compassionate hands. Dr. Kawwass took the time to answer my questi... read more
