I had to go to the lab to get some work done. The customer service was impeccable. Nurse Sinyyah (I believe she spelled it that way) was the kindest person I have ever encountered. Also, for a city so dense, parking was convenient. I'm so glad I chose Emory.
We were trying to get in touch with a Doctors Office 550 Peachtree MOT Suite 1135 because of a medical package that was left at this address which was clearly the wrong address We were trying to get this package into the correct hands. We called the operator whom was so rude and they connected us to guest services these were some the rudest people to talk to OMG the tones and the IDGAD attitudes were horrible. I’m writing this review to recognize the amazing care teams I had at EUHM and to bring ease to a mom who may be a bit nervous to give birth at this hospital because of things they may have heard online. I gave birth in March of 2026 at EUHM and from the moment I arrived at L&D I was well taken care of. The triage team, L&D nurses, mother/baby nurses, lactation consultants, and pediatricians made my experience so memorable. They took great care of me and baby from beginning to end. This use to be a Great hospital!! I don't know what happened here. They lie in notes about the patient's and you don't even see a Doctor at all anymore. Once they put a IV in they kept putting me in the lobby. Then when they got me a room, they put me in there with a broken TV and I saw my nursw like two times to check on me in a 7 hour wait. I had a few bad experiences as well as bad judgment from this hospital as well as doctor assistants and doctor,I went to the ER on 04/21/26 because out of nowhere my right side face was severely swollen leaving me in a great deal of excruciating pain, when I got there I indicated my chief complaints especially after having a surgery on 04/8 I needed to make sure this swelling wasn't pertaining to the recent spinal stenosis surgery, in the ER there was no thorough examination from the doctor, I was given 5 to 6 different comb... read more
