One star. Conflicting instructions, an unexplained appointment removal, and unanswered grievance questions. My experience with Emory Gastroenterology and its complaint process has been deeply disappointing. Nurses, doctors and staff provided me with exceptional care that made me feel safe from the receptionist to the time of discharge. I felt like I was able to relax and give my trust to the entire team that helped me through what was probably the worst emergency room visit reason I've ever had. Thank you for treating me with nothing but kindness and respect and thank you for all that you guys do to provide that safe space for people like me.
