As an Emory employee and needing a new eye Dr I figured I would try and come here. A complete and total disaster. They said it would take 6 weeks for my contact trial lenses to arrive, but then completely forgot about them. I messaged on mychart and was told they were received, but the doctor would call me to pick them up. I had to call 2 weeks later to see why I still was contacted, so they were overnighted to me. My wait time from arrival to seeing the doctor was almost three hours. I'm not critical of the medical staff, I think scheduling needs to do better.
The WORST! I tried to schedule an appointment for my son and they turned him down because his clinical notes from his pediatrics doesn’t state a diagnosis only symptoms. Which is weird because the point of the referral IS TO GET EXAMINED TO GET DIAGNOSED! Another issue I had with this practice was them saying they didn’t receive his referral after I made sure his pediatrician sent it over not ONCE, or TWICE, but THREE TIMES. Would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!
