They received a one-star rating only because the system required at least one star to submit the review. I am not surprised by the overall poor ratings this location has received, for as an Emory patient since 2009, the quality of care that was once available is no longer available. What patients are receiving now is subpar, similar to what one might expect in developing countries. My recent experience highlights this decline. 1) Dr Hubbard is a fabulous eye doctor. He saved my newborn (preemie) from blindness when other places had low/mis diagnosed. He cares, is passionate, enthusiastic and honest 2) Front desk staff is kind, though focused on their job. 3) THERE WILL BE A TERRIBLE WAIT. It doesn’t matter if your appt is 7:20pm or 3:30pm - you will NOT be in and out. It will be crowded, it will be frustrating especially if you have things to do or a baby - so come prepared. Also, expect to pay at least $9 to park.

As an Emory employee and needing a new eye Dr I figured I would try and come here. A complete and total disaster. They said it would take 6 weeks for my contact trial lenses to arrive, but then completely forgot about them. I messaged on mychart and was told they were received, but the doctor would call me to pick them up. I had to call 2 weeks later to see why I still was contacted, so they were overnighted to me.
