Even with the first appointment of the afternoon yesterday, my husband was not seen until 5:30. He had waited four hours for a routine appointment. Unfortunately, this has been the standard and the care is no better than we would get from any other ophthalmologist. A four hour wait is unacceptable. What kind of exam is the doctor going to perform at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon?
I saw Dr. Daniel Martin and his fellow Dr. Smith, they were both great. However the front desk staff were not helpful and refused to coordinate my follow-up appointment with my glaucoma appointment. They were supposed to call me with my follow-up but I had to physically go to the clinic to get an appointment. Again, they would not coordinate with my already scheduled glaucoma follow-up. Very poor customer service. The front desk scheduler blamed it on Dr. Martin's nurse.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The “medical secretary” who verifies referrals is magically never available when I call to confirm referral and set an appointment for our foster child. I’m always told a “high priority message” will be sent and I’ll get a call within 24-48 hours. BS. I’ve called 4 times (4 different days) and never received a call. After the third time waiting over an hour to see the doctor, it was time to walk out. This clinic over books people for the sake of greed money. If we cancel on them they charge us, they cancelled our appointment upon arrival and that’s ok! Totally unacceptable and they are disrespectful. Go elsewhere for your treatment.
