Believe ALL the 1-star reviews of Emory Eye Clinic. It is the most unprofessionally run medical clinic you will ever experience. Your 15 minute check-up appointment will cost you 4-6 hours every single time due to shocking incompetence in scheduling. Everyone in the waiting rooms with us are in the same boat and very angry that they experience the same delays every time. If this was an actual business it would have gone bankrupt long ago. I can’t believe they think this is acceptable to anyone.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have zero respect for their patient's time. I took my mother to an appointment where we arrived at 10:30am for an 11:00am appointment and we were not seen until almost 4pm. Once in the appointment, they had almost every detail about my mother's case incorrect and she constantly had to correct each person she dealt with who was trying to treat her for a condition she did not even have. Was REFERRED by my 15 yr old son’s endocrinologist fr a visit since my son’s having issues w his eye from his brain tumor, spoke w Sharon in scheduling trying to simply put in for an appointment. I swear the MIN she read Medicaid ins it was a billion hoops to jump thru w the snarkiest short attitude, like she didn’t want to schedule it bc it’s gov ins?
