Attempted two times to make contact and receive a call back to discuss and join the program. 1st time talked to the representative and was told the director would call me back in a week and that she was working remotely. Was told only the director could discuss new membership terms etc. The call never came. Filled out the online form for membership and still did not receive a call. For a program that charges thousands, I’m amazed at the lack of follow up to even return calls for interested clients.

After many years with a concierge doctor program I went to Emory Exec Health because we moved nearby. It was nice to get immediate test results. But … The experience was far inferior to my previous experiences and well below my expectations. For what I paid, and all the lead time, I was stunned that they did not reach out to review my prior medical records. After all the tests the doctor met with me to review the results but had NO context because he couldn’t/ hadn’t reviewed ANY history. This was one example of inefficiency... read more

I had an executive health exam at Emory with Dr Gabriela Bernal, and have had some follow ups since. My experience was outstanding. The executive health exam itself is very comprehensive and their tailor it to your concerns, age and context. In addition I found Dr Bernal to be an outstanding doctor who really goes through all the data and then synthesizes really good insights. She is also able to filter the noise to see what you really need to work on and then follows up to make sure you get. Will be repeating this every yea... read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Just a glorified, over priced family care office. They run all these tests and you have to wait months for the follow up tests/scans. There is no coordination with the referral departments. This IS NOT an executive health department. Save yourself time and book at The Mayo Clinic. They have a real program that will handle all of your tests AND follow up scans during the same stay/visit. Did Emory this year since it’s close to home, never again.

Undiagnosed Disease Clinic doesn't actually exist or function as one, as you may expect from any comparitve services from places like the Mayo Clinic, Cleaveland, John Hopkins, or the NIH. Instead Emory version simply just gives you referrals to specialists around the Emory network as an outpatient, just like anyone else. You do not get any consideration or collaboration amongst your doctors as someone who needs to be investigated. Furthermore, the actual investigative Internist that was ones covered by media, Dr. Seavey, is... read more
