I have been leaving messages for the clinical manager for the past month. 3 messages total. This must be the busiest person in the world if they have yet to find 5 mins to call me back. In order to schedule, the scheduling dept must know which doctor does the procedure I need. Therefore, they must get clearance from the clinical manager. This is absolutely ridiculous!
The Urology department is Aces. Dr. Hartsfel, staff and students were incredible. The things that woman can do. ♥️

The reciponist with gray hair is so rude. I stormed out and will go to Midtown. All I asked for was a leg bag as mine was leaking, and waved her hand at me to have a seat.
