Caring doctors and excellent care
The reciponist with gray hair is so rude. I stormed out and will go to Midtown. All I asked for was a leg bag as mine was leaking, and waved her hand at me to have a seat.
Customer service is the worst with ‘Rosbel’ at the phone. (She or he doesn’t want to spell her/his name well )
Perhaps the VERY WORST Dr. appointment I've EVER had. Doctor would not even consider ANYTHING I said because I'd seen another Emory uro previously. She was VERY RUDE and just couldn't get out of the room fast enough. Dr. Pass-the-Buck. She said she would follow up with a colleague - BUT NEVER DID. I'll edit this review later and add the name of the "provider" I saw - I truly fear retaliation from this person, based on our conversation.
