They do not ask questions or look at you as an individual, only dollars. They will bully you, assign unnecessary procedures that just add to their bottom line, they refuse to be transparent there hasn't been one discussion or visit with a provider that resulted in any less less stress or any more clarity in the upcoming procedures Or what to expect from any future procedures. Or the birth itself. Please do yourself a favor do not ever use this provider.
Dr Katz is amazing and her MA is one of the best I've ever met and I've seen so many Emory doctors. I really dislike that you're only scheduled 15 minutes because it always takes longer. Dr Katz is very kind and did a really good job with my surgery- my incisions look perfect 2 weeks later. I will definitely continue my care with her
I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy with Dr. Collins. It was flawless. All the staff I encountered was friendly and trans-positive. I'm a trans man and wasn't misgendered once. It was a great experience. A woman named London in the PACU (recovery unit) was not very nice to me and was rushing me to urinate when I couldn't. She was huffing and didn't seem to want to be there at all. I’m currently pregnant and going to them for my care . They are all amazing. From the Dr to the nurses. They respond fast to messages when you have a concern , and they are always willing to help . I delivered my first baby with them and it was A great experience ( although one of the nurse told me not to scream although I had no epidural lol ) Overall , they are amazing!!!
