I’ve been going to the Emory Endocrinology Clinic since 2018, and I’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of service over the years. In the past, the staff and nurses were kind, professional, and made every visit a pleasant experience even with my poor conditions. I even recommended this clinic to others because of how well they treated patients. Unfortunately, since 2023, I’ve noticed a change. For the life of me I do not understand how doctors can command so much money and yet provide such disastrous and inept service. Since my follow up appointment for thyroid cancer on August 1st I have sent FOUR messages starting from August 2nd, including Sept 2nd, Sept 10th and now Sept 12th. When I called today someone there lied and said they called me on Sept 5th and couldn’t leave a message but there are zero missed calls from that day and my voicemail is actively set up. My rating thus far is based on the 5 month wait to see Dr Brandt. My doctor called him and they discussed my case. Even after that, neither Dr. Brandt nor any of his associates could see me. Once I see him, I will update accordingly. Update: I had a followup appointment on Monday. He cancelled it on Friday and told me I could reschedule for 6 months hence. DO NOT waste your time getting involved with this group.
