A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE The only reason why I give this facility a one star rating is because the system will not allow me to give it a zero star rating, which they unmistakably richly deserve!
Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the actual office. You can only speak with a call center. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment twice with FNP Megan Adams. The first cancellation was a few days prior, and the second was the day before the appointment. When I asked to speak with someone from the office directly, the call center lady refused.
