If you plan on getting any contraception, you should know that they have a new policy that they do no prescribe it there. You need to see GYN, and good luck getting an appointment in less than 4 months. I used to be on it, decided to stop, discussed it with my PCP when I saw her 4 months ago, and decided not to restart it. When I wanted to restart it 4 months later, I discovered this new rule. I'll bet it would be easier if I was a man trying to get ED medication.

The incompetence here is astounding. What should have been a bill close to $0 has now snowballed into $1500 because of the way this clinic codes visits. They deliberately code in ways that insurance will not cover even for services that should absolutely be covered. To make matters worse, the billing department and the clinic itself never seem to be on the same page, so patients are constantly caught in the middle with no answers. I took my foot Xray on Aug 15. It is Aug 23rd today. Still have not received the results. Called and escalated. Apparently the Radiologist is backed up. Here i am in pain and still waiting.
The doctors and staff were all very nice, I was just a little unhappy that I was charged for hospital parking.
