Great facility with good medical staff and observant security. However, front desk staff on 5th floor seem confused and preoccupied although nice. Patient wants to feel like front desk staff are really paying attention.
Save yourself! Do NOT wait for an appointment with this office if you are a Covid Vaccine Injured Patient. Rather than just stating Dr. Michael Silver didn’t know how to treat the severe injuries I have he placed the very controversial “FND” diagnosis on my chart. (Which we have since learned was a full Immune System Collapse) I quickly learned from my normal team of specialists that diagnosis was incorrect and needed to be removed from my chart IMMEDIATELY as that DX would determine how or if I would receive treatment from ... read more
The staff here is very pleasant and professional. They all work like a well-oiled machine, which is great! As for my doctor (Dr. Milton), he's personable, friendly, efficient, thorough, punctual, attentive, etc, He's overall the best doctor that you would want to take care of you.
