I cancelled a colonoscopy for 6/26/2025, however, the appointment was "mysteriously" scheduled again without my consent. I have called both the appointment and surgery departments and they BOTH told me that they are not allowed to cancel colonoscopy appointments. I have emailed as well, and no one will cancel my colonoscopy. I have emails and recorded conversations.

Very disappointed with my experience of this surgery center. Came here for knee surgery. Preop nurse was amazing and I had best experience with her. However, the post-op nurse was disgusting. I couldn't wake up after anesthesia and she kept physically disturb me and make disrespectful comments. My wife was at bedside and she was amazed by difference between nurses. I'm a nurse myself and work in the same organization and I'm ashamed that this nurse works in this field and treats people with such a terrible way. It felt like ... read more
If Emory wasn't a hospital system, they would have an excellent future in organized crime. My insurance company paid them in full with the understanding that I would not owe anymore. Emory billed me almost $1900 anyway. When the insurance company called, they said "whoops, our bad," but the bill is still on their records. Agreements mean nothing to them if they think they can shake you down for a little more.
