My husband had a spider bite and we went to the ER. We was there for 6 plus hours. A guy had a seizure in the waiting room the staff was not concern. He seized for what felted like forever before they brought out a stretcher. They lack empathy & common courtesy.
The ER is HORRIBLE! They pay you no mind, don't check on you, ask you redundant questions, despite it being in their system, totally disregarding the fact that you're sick, and leave you sitting and waiting for HOURS. Midtown is comparable to a community health hospital, unless you're half dead and came in by ambulance.
