The same happened to me as previous review- I overpayed- went over the bill- was refunded money since I had everything paid ahead for my son- then was overcharged $612.- am now in the ordeal of trying to get it refunded- stay away from emmert dental assoc
I was not sure if my insurance covered the work that I needed and the office in Bethel Park told me that it was covered! I know I should have double checked it but I went with what they told me, 3 months later I get a threatening letter from them saying that the insurance did not pay this bill and I owe over $2000.00. So now I have to pay out of my pocket! Just be careful they do not know what they are talking about double check everything they tell you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
