TLDR; Overall unhelpful. Poor communication, zero insight as to what you are paying for... Not very helpful, initially. The main form of communication they choose to utilize with their first interaction with potentially new patients, is text messageing. This may seem convenient at first, but text messages is very inefficient and can become confusing over a several day period. Drove 3 hours here because couldn't find anyone in nc that would give me Lucemyra. After I get here I find out my insurance isn't paying for it and they wouldn't even allow me to pay cash for it. I ended up staying in office for almost 2 hours while they called my insurance and other doctors until they found away for someone to help me since my insurance wouldn't let them. They are nice people and they care about you and truly will walk with you on you sobriety journey...
So anyway that knows me knows that I've been in quite a few different treatment spots the one I was at last I had thought actually cared. Although once I came here to Emmaus I found out what patient care really was and is and continues to be you're thinking about getting treatment or know somebody that needs treatment I highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody that needs help because the people here care and you'll know that from the time you get here five stars to everybody that works here thank you so much than... read more
This office is amazing! The staff here are fantastic. They are like family! They really seem to care for the clients and want to help! I actually look forward to my visits here cause it is like visiting friends! Everyone from the office staff to the counselors and the nurses and Doctors are all wonderful. I honestly can not say enough good things. If I could give this 100 stars I would. Just all around fabulous group of people!
