The best margaritas. The food was amazing. The service was great
Food was decent, service was just about the worst I've ever had anywhere in Pearland and that's saying alot considering I've eating at just about every place in town. Probably won't be going back any time in the near future.
I've read the reviews of others on here & I'm confused as to who is waiting on them. We ALWAYS ask for Renee, and he is the best. The Emma's Rita is amazing (however I will agree that it is too pricy).
I absolutely hate to say this... but I'm not sure when I'll go back. Service and food quality have been abysmal since the new year and relocation. Emma's used to be my favorite local restaurant, but prices have gone up, service has gone down and the new space makes me feel like I'm in a bad chain restaurant. Help! We WANT to go back. #notanothergringos
Tried to order food from the to go menu on their website and the prices were WAY different. Like $5.00 per plate, again from the menu on their website. They said they would not honor or match the pricing. We used to go here a lot. Something needs to change if you plan on keeping us as customers.
Food was ok...service super sucked...even watched the door lady (which was never at her post ) sat a costumer ata table that wasn't clean from the last ones eating at it. After we got done eating she took our plates and it took 30min to get our ticket and than after waiting to pay it for 20min I got up and took it to the door lady to pay it. I almost left without paying...no tip, and we always leave a good tip. Will never go back..
A great family tradition in our home. Love the new location just across the parking lot.
