Service was great .... but our fajitas had no flavor at all...
To start off the chips were cold and stale and when I got my food it was ice cold like they just took it out of the refrigerator and didn't even microwave it. I had the carne guisda but it was so greasy that it looked more like menudo, needless to say that I couldn't eat it but since I did take a few bites off the plate I went ahead and paid for the whole meal before I complained to the waiter. A bit overpriced, food ok. Nice atmosphere, good drinks but pricey..
My experience was pleasant. The atmosphere was welcoming. Prices were a bit steep but the quantity of the food and quality of the drinks made up for that. Customer service 5 stars..
All around bad experience! We ordered drinks from the bar and they took so long to get to to the table we were half way through our meal before we could get the waiter over to find out where they were. He said the bar was behind but we saw plenty of people getting drinks ahead of us, the waiter clearly just forgot. When the manager asked how it we were doing and we told him about the drinks he just said sorry and walked away.
