Wow, wow, wow! I have had plenty of experience with real estate agents over the years (lots of military moves) and Emma is the best I have ever worked with. She is knowledgeable, personal and definitely hands-on. Literally! She helped clear snow on days that I was unable to do so and put shovel to earth to get ready for the septic inspection. Emma helped us to find a vacation property in Nova Scotia. She went above and beyond, driving us to multiple properties (sometimes multiple times!) on the east and south shores to help us find the perfect property. Emma was always professional, courteous, and prompt. She continued to help us even after the deal had closed. Emma is a 5 out of 5! She is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and exceeded my expectations all the time. She is very efficient. I always got an answer in less than 12 hours, most of the time, in 2 to 3 hours. Also, she picked me up at the airport several times and helped to connect me with the lawyer and mortgage advisors, which makes everything much faster than I planned.
