Excellent Rental Company I went with Emily's Rentals (254.699.8909) here in Harker Heights as my property managerand I can't be happier! Excellent Company When relocating to the Ft Hood area 4 years ago, we knew we wanted to reside in Harker Heights. Emily's Rentals was the company to go to!! Kyle and the girls went the extra mile to ensure that we were provided with every opportunity to get into the house we wanted. They were flexible with working on the deposits and paperwork that was required. Hawkdriver CK Emily's Rentals made leasing a house in Harker Heights so simple and pleasent. They sent additional photos (20) and the floorpaln of the property, when we requested. Two other companies either said the could not do it or did not have any further information on the properties. Since we were both deployed they processed everything thru the internet and have a home when we arrived at Fort Hood. I have and will continue to recommend Emily's Rentals to anyone moving to the area.
The best when it comes to military! I just sold my duplex in the end of OCT 09 through Emily's Rentals; the staff was outstanding and Kyle Wheatly bent over backwards to make sure everything was completed. Very dissapointed I have rented for many, many years and truly this rental company does not take care of it's residents. I concur with the other opinion. I was also burglarized and then charged for the repair of my door. The repair of my door consisted of maintenance taking a hammer and straightening the door locking mechanism. THAT IS IT. Good People I have been business acquaintances with Emilyâs Rentals for more than 14 yrs. Our relationship started when my spouse and I purchased our very first home, first duty station, 22 yrs old. This agent refuses to return my moms money. Its been weeks since our deal fell through and he refuses to do his part in returning thousands of dollars to her. He has been contacted by our agent, and my mother and still can't find the time to do his job.
