Emily was a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly patient with us as we searched in multiple neighborhoods, answering the seemingly infinite questions we had as first-time homebuyers. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and has great connections for inspectors, lenders, title companies, etc. Couldn't recommend Emily enough!

I met her at an open house and after seeing her youtube channel in the follow up email she sent, I watched some of her videos. They were really helpful to someone who is new to home buying and new to the city of Philadelphia - tons of information that I found useful. It has been 2 and a half years now, and my husband and I still randomly will say to one another how lucky we feel to be living in our dream home. Emily saved me an incredible amount of stress as a first time home buyer in Philadelphia. She helped me understand the full homebuying process, and has given me plenty of tips after my purchase as a new homeowner as well. She was somehow always able to find time to look at a home even when I felt like it was last minute. Would highly recommend!
