It has been 2 and a half years now, and my husband and I still randomly will say to one another how lucky we feel to be living in our dream home. Emily saved me an incredible amount of stress as a first time home buyer in Philadelphia. Emily successfully sold my house which I appreciate so much. It was in an exurb pretty far outside of Philly but she still had great knowledge and research of the area and came out to do walk throughs and comps and open houses and meetings repeatedly despite it being a far trek. She gave good advice and negotiated with the buyer and the buyer's agent many times to ensure we were on track and could close, and got us a price over asking along with being able to waive aspects of the inspections.
