Emily successfully sold my house which I appreciate so much. It was in an exurb pretty far outside of Philly but she still had great knowledge and research of the area and came out to do walk throughs and comps and open houses and meetings repeatedly despite it being a far trek. She gave good advice and negotiated with the buyer and the buyer's agent many times to ensure we were on track and could close, and got us a price over asking along with being able to waive aspects of the inspections. From buying my house in 2022 with 0 understanding of real estate to selling my home in 2025 with multiple speed bumps during the process, Emily was absolutely amazing every step of the way.
