This office gets 5-stars alone for all their precautions taken during the pandemic. It took a few tries to get an appointment, with all the restrictions, but the admin/eye technician kept me up to date and made sure I had my appointment secure and settled. All my interactions with her were very pleasant and easy. They made sure to only schedule one patient at a time (they were strict with overlap) and everything looked well sanitized/we all took the time to wash our hands thoroughly. My husband and I weren't sure what to make of this little medical office in the entryway to a Central Austin grocery store. But after the eye exam by Dr. Emily Simonek and the purchase of new glasses, we had to agree it was a very positive experience. Her equipment was up to date and she was attentive to our concerns about various vision issues. She seemed a bit young, but answered our questions in enough detail to make us comfortable, and her office manager was also very helpful. We will go back!
Dr. Simonek gets all 5 stars because of her efficient, friendly & professional service! Very attentive and customer oriented. Love the place and the eye wear selection is amazing. The products and service were worth every penny that I did not mind spending there...got exactly what I wanted and needed.
