My first visit with Dr. Emily Simonek and the Austin Eye Studio was a great experience. Dr. Simonek's knowledge was impressive and I was given helpful tips on my eyelid health, not just my vision. The support staff was very friendly and the office was easy to find as it shared the entrance to the HEB pharmacy. They even checked my insurance for me before I came in for my first appointment and was able to reschedule as my yearly checkup was still a few weeks out. I hesitated for years getting an eye exam, chosing instead to self medicate if you will by continuing to purchase cheap reading glasses. Finally fed up with denial, I decided to stop into my neighborhood Austin Eye Studio adjacent to Hancock HEB where I have shopped for years.
