The staff listened, Emily was horrible. Didn't listen to previous concerns and minimized my other disabilities. Said I dont have a lazy eye, when I did 2 years of eye physical therapy, qnd my left eye still wanders due to exhaustion. I even have it on video. Don't see if you are tired of being gaslit, even with a medical history. Some of my favorite dr are at Northwestern. Im definitely avoiding her.
Horrible experience
I visited Dr. Velotta for a full eye examination and cataract evaluation. This was my first visit to the Eye Clinic, and I was greatly impressed by the friendly and professional atmosphere and competence and efficiency of the four staff members with whom I interacted. Gave my glasses a much needed cleaning and answered all my questions. Definitely coming back to get my next pair!
