She answered all my questions and concerns. She explained the procedure so I could understand what was going to happen during and after my surgery.
Dr. Exten is unique in the medical field as an Orthopedic specialist. It isn't always a pleasurable thing to visit the Dr. But Dr.Exten is so personable and explains everything so well and so you can understand the process. She is the absolute best!
Everything went smoothly from my first appointment to my last. My ankle is the best part of my body as far as functioning now. All the appointments was on time and everybody that worked there was very polite and willing to help. I had tears in my eyes because I was so happy to finally have a diagnosis after months of swelling and increasing ankle&foot pain. I started to worry a little that it might be something more serious or that I was crazy for being in so much pain for no obvious reason that others before couldn’t explain or got wrong. Dr .Exten ‘s personality is very nice and she doesn’t make you feel rushed. She listens and is very thorough. The people she surrounds herself with professionally are very good too. She follows up with you and I feel really cares about her patients! Definitely a 5 star review from me!
