It as the first time I have been to this facility. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. Dr Exten was very personable and answered all my questions. She was very willing to spend time with me.
Great experience. Dr Exten quickly and accurately diagnosed a treatment plan, rearranged schedules for surgery. Process was clear efficient and the team delivered great pre snd post surgery support. Well done.
Dr E Exten is excellent. Professional, very knowledgable ,listens to patient, conservative w her treatment and patient understands her treatment to alleviate pain. Puts patient at ease during assessment. She was highly recommended by the best surgeon I know. Highly recommend her!!
The entire staff at Crystal Clinic in Fairlawn was absolutely fantastic. From the beginning with the visit to the quick clinic to get my diagnosis with a displaced fractured fibia to the end with the surgery with Dr Exten to reset the bone and secure it in place with a plate and screws. Was very nervous and anxious at the age of 68 to go through this process. And will have weeks with no weight bearing and months to full recovery. But feel sooo relieved with getting the beginning of this recovery to this point in time.
