We have known Emily and her family for over 15 years. Little did we know that when we shared a friendly dinner with Emily and her husband last year, she would be helping us find our dream home on Westlake Island months later. We haven’t purchased a home for almost 30 years and it is definitely a different process today. She was there for us every step of the way and made it as seamless as possible. Emily was a pleasure to work with. It was refreshing to work with an agent who shared the same goal of getting the transaction across the finish line. We communicated well, worked through the negotiations professionally, and kept everything together from start to finish. In the end, everyone was happy. I look forward to working with Emily again

There are hundreds of realtors out there but there is only one Emily Berdon. Emily will take the time to listen to your goals and will help you to accomplish them. She is an expert in the industry and has such a great personality to work with. She keeps her timelines, she is trustworthy, and her work speaks for itself. I highly recommend Emily Berdon. She’s the best in Conejo Valley!

She also put in serious effort when it came to showings – the house was consistently being shown which reflected her... read more
