Referred to her due to nerve pain and she asked open ended questions, listened to my injury assessment and proceeded to explain what the procedure was we were about to begin. Thorough, personable, professional, friendly, did not rush, provided an explanation of results which in my case meant TIME. As in waiting for some period of time to elapse and maybe revisit.
