They overcharged my credit card by $2 even though I wrote out the final total. When I called in to politely resolve the issue they offered to let me come in and get the overcharge refunded. I said this wouldn't work because I live so far away that I wouldn't make any money driving in to pick it up. They then rudely asked me if I was "trying to make money off them". ALLERGY ALERT! THEY USE PEANUT OIL!!! – They use peanut oil in their square pizzas and on their focaccia bread! my daughter had a bad allergic reaction to the focaccia bread. there is no signage and nothing written on the menu. if you or your kids have peanut allergies, beware!

Very dissapointed...they've gone downhill. I have been going to Emilio's for over 20 years and I always tell everyone its my favorite pizza on LI. However, I was living in New England for 3 years and I've come back and the pizza has been unacceptable each time I have gone there. First time I got my former fav the Marinara slice. The dough was RAW and inedible. 2nd visit back I got Sicilian which used to be great. This time again the dough was severely undercooked and inedible and the sauce was dry. BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD – I have been to many pizza places both in NC [where I now live] and on LI [where I grew up]. Emilio's has by far the BEST pizza I have ever had. The sauce is superb and very flavorful and they put on just the right amount of cheese without overpowering the pie. The crust even has a great flavor. User review by jhsnap – Been here twice to eat in (many times for a slice, or take out). The food is of the highest quality and very good all the time. However, the service was terrible. We received both our appetizers and our entrees cool. The first time we asked that our food be reheated, the second time we were with a large group and didn't want to make a scene.
