I’ll be honest, at first I was skeptical to visit this store because of some reviews. However, I had a very nice experience! Silvina assisted me with my purchase. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. I love my purchase, and I can’t wait to return next month!!

I am a vintage Pucci collector. Stopped here wanting to treat myself on vacation. When I went to walk upstairs, was told I could not fit anything upstairs. Very odd comment - almost body shaming? Super odd experience that ruined my whole encounter. Of course, it was the oldest lady at the counter making those remarks.
Wow!! Pucci hired a nicest saleaperson. They would lean against the shelves to greet customers, and they lied to those who wanted to check the products on the second floor, discouraging them from going upstairs. I used to always stop by this store whenever I was in the area and would purchase items if I found something I liked, but from now on, I will shop online instead.
I had such a great experience thanks to Silvina and the team! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire interaction. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for
