Terrible customer service!!! The young girl w black short hair need to be trained again to be working at a luxury store like this. Forced me to put my name in the little machine while I was just walking and looking at clothes. And she didn’t ask the information of other customers just walking in behind me. Discrimination ?? I’ll be honest, at first I was skeptical to visit this store because of some reviews. However, I had a very nice experience! Silvina assisted me with my purchase. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. I love my purchase, and I can’t wait to return next month!!

I am a vintage Pucci collector. Stopped here wanting to treat myself on vacation. When I went to walk upstairs, was told I could not fit anything upstairs. Very odd comment - almost body shaming? Super odd experience that ruined my whole encounter. Of course, it was the oldest lady at the counter making those remarks.
Wow!! Pucci hired a nicest saleaperson. They would lean against the shelves to greet customers, and they lied to those who wanted to check the products on the second floor, discouraging them from going upstairs. I used to always stop by this store whenever I was in the area and would purchase items if I found something I liked, but from now on, I will shop online instead.
