The front office staff is not helpful at all. They dismiss anything you ask and don’t help with anything.
Sorry, no medical help given, not even the refills, absolute lack of interest in patients' medical condition, pain, no ethics whatever.
The staff do not follow up on any thing for the patients specially authorizations. you will have to be on top of every thing. I had an appointment for my children two months in advance and it was cancelled when we got to the clinic. it was crowded and we were the only family to be cancelled. that wasn't what I expected so I changed doctor for my kids, some thing I should have done a long time ago.
