When choosing a facility and surgeon to use for my cataract surgeries. I landed at Jaffee because of the ease of appointments, care and professionalism of staff and most importantly a doctor. Dr Emery Jaffee, who took the time to discuss and explain the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with my outcome.

Professional staff
In the past, the staff arranged all your tests and then you met with Dr Jaffe to review the results. On this visit I was told the office is too busy to do all the tests and I had to make another appointment to have the visual field test. So in other words, instead of giving me a procedure that takes 10 minutes, I will now have to waste another half day traveling, waiting and testing. Big step backwards in patient care.

The visit went well, everything was explained to my understanding.
The staff was very polite and my visit went very smoothly. Dr. Jaffe was able to tell me what my problem was immediately, something I have bee trying to find out for over 20 years everyone ignored the symptom I had, now I know what it is.
everything went swiftly -- taken up quickly -- and the check up was done efficiently and expertly.
My eye check up was great and put me at ease with all the questions and concerns that I had about my eyes!
