I moved in hoping for peace, quiet, and a truly smoke-free environment — you know, the kind they advertise. Instead, I’ve learned that the “rules” here tend to be more of a suggestion… for some people. Residents are constantly reminded not to smoke, but interestingly enough, I’ve personally witnessed certain people who live and work here enjoying a cigarette or two with their guests — right in front of the cameras. Very clean, modern and spacious! I’ve lived here since the beginning of 2025 and minus a couple of micro-managing incidents that were rectified in a timely manner, these new apartments are nearly perfect from price point to location. Friendly staff, great maintenance team, quiet area, dog park and decent neighbors. My only major critique is every single one who’s visited, plus myself, think there should be a pool here. All in all, it’s happy and homely here. 4/5 ⭐️’s. Highly recommend.
This complex is amazing! The ladies were so welcoming and professional. Any questions or issues I had, they were on top of it. Keep doing what you're doing, ladies!
This place is a scam I applied here they scammed me out of my money and told me wait 30 days for a refund never got it told me to wait a extra 30 days and because I’m black they didn’t even run the application go somewhere else they are racist
I have been living here for almost a year now, and I am still very pleased with my apartment. When it comes to any questions, or maintenance the staff is on top of it. Terrica, the property manger has always been so informative and sweet everytime I’ve talked to her. The property is also always kept up, moving here has been the best decision I’ve made❤️
