I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit to this urgent care facility. My friend suffered a severe burn from boiling water and urgently needed medical attention. We assumed that an urgent care center would provide prompt and efficient service, but we were gravely mistaken. The initial intake process was painstakingly slow, consumed with endless form filling, which took over an hour before any medical attention was directed to my friend who was in considerable pain. I was there in March and got great care. The phone however not great but adequate . The dr was wonderful 💯% i give her.
Very professional, and certainly not long to have a doctor. An excellent experience.
Wow! What a great experience I had! From the moment I entered the facility until I left, I felt so cared for. No questions were dismissed and I was never made to feel silly for asking. As I was leaving I went to thank the receptionist and her response was heartwarming. She said “ I know you don't feel well and were here to help” Thank you Emerson Health Urgent Care.
