Wow! What a great experience I had! From the moment I entered the facility until I left, I felt so cared for. No questions were dismissed and I was never made to feel silly for asking. As I was leaving I went to thank the receptionist and her response was heartwarming. She said “ I know you don't feel well and were here to help” Thank you Emerson Health Urgent Care.

I had been bitten by a tick and I called my primary doctor's office and they said they couldn't see me and told me to go to Emerson clinic at Highland common. They were friendly and helped remove the tick. I have to go again.
I had a great experience from start to finish. I called and made an appointment. They took me right in. Dr. Darvish was so pleasant, explained everything well, and handled everything quickly. I was on my way in no time!
