We had a great experience renting from this company from 2019-2020. In the event we needed repairs they were quick, and when we moved out there was no hassle and our deposit was returned very quickly.

I've dealt with a lot of realtors after having a career that made me relocate often and Don Emerson is by far the most impressive realtor I've ever worked with. He is timely and prompt in all correspondence. Don Emerson is impeccable with detail while also having the warmest disposition. He is a true expert in his field. Do not live here. The apartments are overpriced and covered in dirt. When they get the apartments renovated, they do not change the carpets or appliances and paint layer after layer of paint all over everything, sinks and appliances. The landlord is an old, skeezy, immoral snake who will play favorites based off of skin color. He's cheated me out of a lot of money and time with half assed threats of law enforcement.
