I lived here for 4 years and never had a problem! Management has changed hands a few times but I am really impressed with the current manager Landon! Maintenance is timely and issues are now quickly resolved. I loved how easily I was able to make this apartment a home, it was so cozy and I am going to miss it🥰

The trash room light has been out for over 2 months. After a month I submitted a maintenance request that I never received a response to, I waited 2 weeks and emailed the manager and i did receive a response saying it would be fixed that week. It has been 2 weeks since and it is still not fixed.

They do not fix anything around here in a timely manner. The light in the garbage room has been out for over a month and they haven’t done anything about it. They said it would be fixed but that was 3 weeks ago.
