Maintenance is Exceptionally Excellent. The Property manager. Joe, is on the Ball, and minor or major issues are fixed. I Highly recommend Moving into this Complex
Structure in great condition. Clean entry beautiful landscaping.
I liked living here until I had to deal with the landlords they were rude & they don't maintain the building they just renovated a couple old ones and overcharged for them, the inside is very old-fashioned to be so over priced!
We have been here going on 3 years now. They do a great job with issues and honestly there are not a lot of issues. There are renovations as people move out. Best part they are doing the footwork around the building and hallways. Down side - rent is going up way to fast year to year as you renew but the extra money going into building.
The management team is outgoing, responsive, and professional. They value and prioritize their tenants’ needs and feedback.
