The four of us had an absolutely phenomenal pre show dinner at this High End Steak House. When we entered the restaurant all of us could not get over how beautiful the venue looked, so elegantly appointed and very spacious. Our servers Chris and Amanda came over and introduced themselves to us. While we were enjoying our cocktails that were perfectly prepared we looked over the menu. Ordered a medium steak but got a rare bloody raw animal. Staff was friendly but forgot our side dish and bread. Been going here for a long time since it started as Emeril's but it keeps deteriorating. $270 with tip last night for two people and no alcohol ordered. No more.
Place is gorgeous! Staff was so amazing got red wine on my pants and they were right there to hand me a tide to go stick and make sure everything was cleaned up , food was so so delicious the steak was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing would recommend the ribeye 18 oz and the dessert was out of this world and made the plate gorgeous for my grandmas birthday 10/10
We had a really nice experiemce. This was our third time as guests at the Chop House. The service was good, the manager and staff were professional and very nice. The restaurant was clean and our food was cooked perfectly with a nice presentation as well. Well worth the trip.
I’ve dined at Chop House in Bethlehem dozens of times, despite living over an hour away. It’s one of my partner’s and my favorite places for date night. The food is always excellent, the hostesses are welcoming, the managers are professional, and we’ve consistently had friendly, attentive servers.
