This is my second experience with this doctor. 1st was 15 days inpatient in which I’d lost 12lbs under his combined care with another hospitalist. This second my doctor had sent me for specific nutritional interventions clearly mapped out based on my needs. The inability to look up a complicated vascular diagnosis with results in their very own system proving why a patient is in extreme pain with severe nausea, cannot eat & is quite literally wasting away (no full body exam performed) is the start of the concern here.
