Dont go this place if you dont want your pet die. My dog died because of this doctor luck of knowledge. I took my small dog chiwawa 16 yrs old had left side of her face swollen, abcess. After xray they said mass, which was misdiagnosed. They gave her steroid, antibiotic, fluid.dr said also my little baby has heart problem, hypothyrodism. He gave Levothyroxine, Enalapril. Absolutely unacceptable care — my dog’s life was put at risk! I visited this facility on August 22, 2025, with two dogs for a pre-scheduled appointment with Dr. Vardi. What followed was one of the most distressing and unsafe veterinary experiences I’ve ever had. Despite having an appointment, we were forced to wait for hours — and not just in terms of time, but in terms of critical care. I really can not say enough good things about this place. Last night my frenchie was attacked and I was panicked about emergency costs for treatment, luckily I found this place and the staff was so nice and incredible they worked with me financially and let him stay the night with no additional cost which is unheard of at a vet!!! Seriously thank you so much Topanga!
I came in with my Mom, and my cat "Mitzi" on a late Friday night, fearing the worst, that it was my cats "time to go". Even though it was late at night, all the staff could not have been nicer, and more welcoming. Everyone was so gentle with my little girl, telling me that she'd get all the help she needed. I'm a nervous, anxious person, and the whole office put me at ease. I will definitely be recommending you to friends!
Quoted $1200 for a wound the size of half a penny - then pressured to add a dental cleaning I had already scheduled elsewhere. Left with only antibiotics (no pain meds, though I was told otherwise) for $257. Felt like upselling came first, my dog's best interest second. Pet owners: if i can save you from this experience, then speaking up was worth it.
