I've been dealing with this company for 2 months. They were brought out by my insurance company for mold from leaking water. They took it upon themselves to start tearing out my floors and walls. All they were suppose to do was set up dryers. Fast forward over 2 months later and we still have holes in our closet walls and no floor in the main closet. This company was called out to my house for mitigation services and did such a horrible job that I requested to never use them again. I have never had a horrible experience with using companies my insurance recommends, but this one is bad. The employee that was handling my claim was extremely unprofessional and applied half the effort, if any, to the job. The employee did a very terrible job with placing the tarp and sandbags on my roof that other people, including myself, were questioning if it was ever placed on my roof co... read more
