Not that you’ll pick an ER based on Google reviews … but here goes: my 4 year old son gashed his face open (looked like a war wound) and needed something (stitches, glue etc). This ER was amazing, from the nurses (kind and calming to my son) to the paramedic interns (firefighters who talked to my son about fire trucks) and Dr Marks who glued the gash shut (with the help of all of the above to clean and then hold my son still). Grateful to have this in our neighborhood. We were in/out in an hour maybe less.

the wait times here are so short, ive only ever waited like 45 minutes in and out. the nurses and doctors are extremely kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Quick service for an ER. I went there on a Sunday evening and was the only one in the waiting room. I got quickly processed; saw a doctor in less than an hour, got an X-ray and was discharged in less than two. All the staff were friendly and answered questions.
