Felt like I was either on the battle field during a war or in a third world country. I couldn’t imagine any worse conditions. There clearly isn’t enough space or professional staff to operate efficiently. What is the most frustrating is despite there being tons of patients, all I could see were so many staff members not interacting with patients, on their phones, or standing around talking with other staff about birthday/ weekend plans. I’ve never felt more invalidated and embarrassed in my life. I came in because I was having excruciating pelvic pain that radiated to my back. I felt like I was in labor. Dr. Christopher Jaska said “What do you think I should do?” In a very condescending, sarcastic tone. I came to the ER because you guys are the medical professionals.. This is by far the worst emergency room in that I have ever encountered it had such a third world country feel I had a perirectal abscess waited in excruciating pain in lobby for three and half hours once I get sonargram and they know the issue they wanted to just numb by injecting an area that made me feel like I was going to pass out in pain from just the slightest touch they told me if I have to scream from the pain to scream crazy part while there heard people screaming in pain it was insane I asked if they could give so... read more

No communication, not enough staff for CT, dr says one thing ,then does another. Told them i was at urgent care before this, that dont matter either. So far 7 hrs waiting to see if i have proper blood flow thru my leg. Lack of urgency and care

Last week I had to take my son in for dislocated shoulder(its a reoccurring injury now)1. He was tired, hungry, just did football practice. A nurse called out his name 3 times, but my son has a common name, so I asked if she had a last name, in which she snapped back saying she only had one first name and if she had a last she would have called it out, from my side I was only trying to be respectful incase it wasnt actually for my son.
