I went into the emergency room yesterday with pain for a kidney stone! Dr. Michelle Wong provided me with the most amazing and genuine service! She was non bias and went above and beyond to make sure I received quality care! from some who has had previous bad experiences in the hospital, she changed my mind about those who practice medicine. 4 hours still waiting . They tell u to avoid doing this for longer waits. Absolutely horrible

We can't call this an emergency. Be prepared to wait for a 3-4 hours before you are called and spend all day. Will never show up here.

Staff works hard to ensure they’re moving patients around in a timely manner. We did spend about 5 hours there but during the five hours we were being seen and waiting for test results and getting work done. Within the 45 minutes of checking in they checked vitals then we got back to a room shortly after that. We did go during the day it was very busy and packed and it was a Monday on a cold winter day. I’m not talking about the Doctor not emergency room only when you get inside the first time on the gate when you waiting room there is so much cold there is not enough people fit there. I will be giving zero person here.
