One of the most disappointing ER experiences I’ve had. For the first time in my life in America, I felt like I was in a poor country . The waiting process was extremely frustrating. We were repeatedly asked to move from one chair to another only to end up waiting for hours with very little communication about what was happening. Our experience at the Manteca Kaiser ER was absolutely unacceptable. My 71-year-old mother sat in a hallway chair in excruciating pain for nearly 8 hours. When she told a nurse AGAIN she was in really bad pain, that nurse told her they had forgotten her IV and pain medication because they were "too busy." We were also told she could only have Tylenol because she wasn't in a bed, only a hallway chair. A patient should not suffer because there aren't enough rooms/beds. Worst lab tech I have ever had and I get blood drawn monthly luv I in formed you you were hurting me and you in turn said calm down not noticing you missed the vein all together you pulled it back placed at 45 degree angle and forcing plunged in to my arm I yelled your hurting me you replied I’m doing my best I said do better and she scuffs and me and my husband hope you find a career you like and stop torturing people she was real clever to keep her arm over her badge if I could give labs a 0 star I would RN providers no qu... read more
