Giving 4 stars because generally speaking ive never had a negative experience at kaiser ER. I have taken myself and my kids here for many reasons. But this time, I was really aggravated. I went saturday night 10/25/25 around 1030pm because I was 99.999% sure that I broke my ankle. When I arrived, the security guard staff was very helpful. I got checked in and taken back for vitals within 5 min of arriving. When I informed the nurse doing my vitals that I had been drinking (a bday party but I stopped at about 830pm.) Staff are rude and show no sense of urgency. They make you wait hours on end without any explanation.
Basically day and night here! Just yesterday I had awesome service, but this morning was a different story. I sat for 2 1/2 hours never was seen. Everyone who came after me was seen while I watched them get care. Very unprofessional. I pray that nothing serious happens to me out here, kaiser is not here to save your life!
