Jay from Emergency Plumbing Services was great -- Very quick, arrived right after the call and got our water heater up and running. Very professional, friendly, and offered some good tips on maintaining our heater; we would use them again in a heartbeat -- A pleasure to recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help!

AMAZING service! I worked with the owner, Mike Bartholomew, and he took amazing care us! his service techs are (gasp!) inteligent, helpful, and hardworking. after a string of subpar and crooked contractors, this company was absolutely refreshing :)
Great Service, Thanks Plumber Jay! Both bathrooms backed up on Saturday night. Made arrangements through out home owners insurance AHS. Stated plumber would be out from 9-10am Sunday, and Jay was right on time. He went over the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room, even though bathrooms were only issue. Jay made recommendations that were informative and helpful. Snaked mainline and everything works great, less than an hour! Punctual, respectful and fast...what more could you ask for?

The tech arrived on time to my house and was courteous and neat for being a plumber. I showed him where the problem was and found that the dripping was from one of the shutoff valves to my washer. He also said would be good to replace the other one too. He called the warranty company to tell them what he found, and came back and told me will be taking care of it today. Did his job and replaced the leaking shutoff valve. He called me out and showed me what was done to fix the leak. He then recommended a few things to be repla... read more
