I have had my lawnmower (self propelling, push) for a year. It would not start a few weeks ago when I tried to cut my grass. This was my first time using a repair service and it was great! The technician explained to me what he thought was wrong and was told it would take 7-14 days to fix since it’s the beginning of the season and they had a lot of orders to fill. I am a senior also. They picked up my Cub Cadet over 2 weeks ago. They promised 3 separate times to provide a quote never came. We called and finally talked to someone, they promised this past Monday it's now Thursday and NO call or follow up. Nice guy on the phone but 4 broken promises, please! I have no clue of what type of work they do because I can't get my mower back or a response and now I have commented negatively it may be a need for my attorney to take over! Where's my zero turn Cub Cadet???????

I was so lucky to find them. We had used another company before and had issues.We definitely appreciate the knowledgeable service and professionalism of these guys.We have a rider, lawnmower and snow blower serviced by them and they keep our equipment in great shape. They are also good about giving you tips to prevent issues.Excellent job!
